Latter-Day Mac exists for three reasons:
- To provide Mac-using Latter-day Saints with one place to go to find LDS-related Apple products
- To provide a forum and a community for Apple enthusiasts to share tips, opinions, product reviews, etc.
- To demonstrate to software developers that there is a large market for Apple-compatible LDS products.
Any member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints who uses Apple's Macintosh computers and products knows what it is like to feel a little forgotten. LDS related software and resources are over- whelmingly written only for Microsoft Windows. Even the rare LDS software title that is "Mac compatible" is often only compatible with the older Mac "Classic" OS. This needs to change!
We at Latter-Day Mac hope that LDS Mac Users all over the world will come to our web community to find products, to share ideas, and to let the software world know we are here! We hope you will all find this site to be a valuable resource and we welcome your input, feedback, and suggestions so that Latter-Day Mac will continue to grow better every day!
